摘要
针对复合材料多瓣易碎盖薄弱区结构进行失效性能分析,提出了一种设计方法。基于Mises准则,计算了薄弱区结构在不同载荷工况下的失效载荷,同时绘制了强度包络线,并进一步分析了薄弱区的结构参数对其承载能力的影响。结果表明:在其他参数不变的情况下,分别增加薄弱区的搭接厚度和搭接长度,其承载能力均有不同程度的增大。在此基础上,设计了一种复合材料多瓣易碎盖,并进行冲破实验,实际结果与设计冲破压力吻合较好,验证了设计方法的可行性。
According to the analysis of failure behavior of the weak zone structure, a design method was proposed. Based on the Mises criterion, the failure loads of the structures under different load conditions were calculated and the strength envelopes were plotted. Then, the influence of structural parameters on the strength of the weak zone was analyzed. The results show that the higher overlap thickness and length can both improve the strength of weak zone more or less while other parameters keep no change. On this basis, a kind of composite multi-part fragile cover was designed and the failure experiment was carried out. By being compared with designed failure pressure, the feasibility of design method was verified.
