摘要
为了解决目前制备单板刨切机效率低下、自动化程度低的问题,对刨切机的结构进行了重新设计。通过对双面连续式纵向刨切机的切削原理进行研究,为小径木双面连续式纵向刨切机设计出了较为合理的切削机构,并对刨刀头结构进行了细致描述;通过对刨切的运动过程进行分析,为小径木双面连续式纵向刨切机设计出了合理的传动机构,确定了主轴的结构尺寸,并对主轴的刚度和强度进行了校核,经检验符合小径木双面连续式纵向刨切机的要求;最后对刨切机的机架进行了设计研究,设计了一个结构简单、强度高的机架。重新设计的刨切机提高了生产效率,大大增加了刨切单板的自动化程度,提高了经济效益。
In order to solve the inefficiency, low-automation and other problems of traditional Veneer Slicer for producing veneer, the structure of the Veneer Slicer was redesigned in this paper.Through the study of the sliced principle of the double sides continuous longitudinal plane, this paper designed a more reasonable Sliced mechanism for the double sides continuous longitudinal slicing machine of small-diameter wood, and the structure of cutter head was described in detail; based on the motion analysis of Veneer Slicer, this paper designed a reasonable transmission mechanism for the small diameter wood double-sides continuous longitudinal Veneer Slicer, and determined the structure size of the principal axis,and the stiffness and strength of the principal axis were checked, and the results were meet the requirements of the double sides continuous longitudinal Veneer Slicer of the small-diameter wood; Finally, the frame of the Plane Veneer Slicer is designed and studied, and a simple structure and high strength frame are designed. The redesigned Veneer Slicer greatly improved the efficiency of sliced veneer, the level of automation and the economic efficiency.
