通钢3号高炉热风炉设计与高风温应用实践

摘要 对通钢3号高炉热风炉设计与高风温生产应用实践进行了总结。通过采用助燃空气高温预热、高炉煤气低温预热和无过热低应力管系设计等先进技术,高炉投产后加强热风炉和送风管系管理,逐步提高风温使用水平,投产21个月后,在单烧高炉煤气的情况下,高炉热风温度突破了1255℃,达到了国内领先水平。 The hot blast stove No. 3 BF are summarized design and high blast temperature production practices of Tonggang By using advanced technologies, which include high temperature combustion air preheating, low temperature preheating of blast furnace gas, non-thermal low stress pipeline system design, the management operation on hot blast stove and air supply pipe system was developed and the utilization efficiency of hot blast temperature was increased gradually after the blast furnace put into production. With the operation of 18 monthes, the hot blast temperature reached above 1 255 ℃. This result achieved domestic advanced level.
