高校实验室安全工作体系构建研究

Research on construction of laboratory safety work system in universities

面对日益严峻的实验室安全形势,北京科技大学在总结多年工作经验的基础上建立了一套完整的实验室安全工作体系,内容覆盖实验室安全工作体制、管理制度、文化教育、重点危险源管理、安全检查、技术防范、应急处理等7个模块,有效防范了存在的安全隐患及问题,逐步探索出适合本校实验室安全工作的长效机制,也为其他高校实验室安全工作提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Facing the increasingly serious security situation of laboratory,the University of Science and Technology Beijing summarized years of working experience and has constructed a safety work system of laboratory,covering the laboratory safety working organization,management regulations,safety culture and education,supervision of major hazard,safety inspection,technical protection and accident emergency.Through the implementation of the system,many security risks and problems have been gradually solved and the long-term mechanism for our own safety work was explored,which can provide some useful references for other universities.
