创新创业人才是商科人才培养的战略方向和必然趋势,商科创新创业人才在创新创业过程中发挥了重要作用,实践教学对培养商科人才创新创业意识和能力至关重要。目前高校商科创新创业人才实践教学存在重视程度不够、体系不完善、资源不足和师资队伍缺乏等问题,商科实践教学应该从"高度、广度和深度"全方位立体角度进行完善和加强。
