摘要
论述分子生物学虚拟实验软件特色及其在教学中的应用及体会。将虚拟实验引入教学及课外拓展中,规范了实验操作、提高了实验效率。虚拟实验也需要完善和发展,虚拟实验并不能完全替代真实实验。虚实结合、相辅相成,使二者有机结合,更好地服务于分子生物学实验教学。
This paper discusses the features,teaching application and experience of virtual experiment of medical molecular biology,and introduces virtual experimental teaching and extracurricular counsel.It will standardize the experimental operation,and improve the efficiency of the experiment.Virtual experiment also needs to improve and develop,and cannot completely replace the real virtual experiment.Making the organic combination of both,it will better serve the molecular biological experimental teaching.
