摘要
作为9型精品船舶之一,40万吨级超大型矿砂船的升级换代需要满足更高的节能减排指标要求。论文基于所承担的"40万吨级超大型矿砂船换代开发"科研项目从该船水动力性能,即线型设计、螺旋桨设计和节能装置设计等角度阐述相关优化设计工作及取得的成效。经由船模试验和数值计算验证,二代40万吨级超大型矿砂船具有低阻、高效的快速性能以及优良的操纵性和耐波性,针对该船设计的水动力节能装置也具有明显的增效作用。优秀的水动力性能不仅有助于该船型满足研制任务书所要求的节能减排指标,也为设计单位和船厂承接新的订单做好了充分的技术储备。
As one of the nine types of ships with high technologies, the development of new generation of 400k VLOC should meet high requirements in energy saving and emission reduction. Based on the research project 'Development of New Generation 400k VLOC', the design of hull lines, propeller and energy saving device are introduced. The results of numerical simulation and model test show that this vessel has low resistance and high propulsion efficiency, good maneuvering and sea-keeping performance. In addition, the energy saving devices have significant effect on enhancing the total propulsion efficiency.
