摘要
乡村教育组织是陶行知践行其乡村教育思想的主要场所,其组织设计思想主要包括:以引领民众创造幸福生活为目的,按照乡村实际需求开设课程,使用"教学做合一"的教学方法,推行"相学为师,能者教人"的师资建设策略,采用有形与无形相结合的组织形式。结合当前乡村教育发展的实际,研究认为现代乡村教育发展要完善现代乡村教育组织体系,构建现代乡村教育目标体系,设置符合乡村社会发展需求的课程,推行"能者为师、愿者为师"的师资建设策略。
The rural education organization is the main place for Tao Xingzhi to practice his rural education thought. The idea of his organizational design primarily include the following aspects : leading the people to create a happy life as the purpose; developing curriculum on the demand of the rural actual situation; employing teaching method of teach - learn - do amalgamation ; formulating teaching staff strategy of "learning from each other and learning from those who are capable" ; adopting the organization form of the combination of tangible and intangible. In view of the actual development of rural education, the study suggests that the rural development need to construct the stable system of the rural education organization, to make the rural prosperity as the organizational building pur-pose, to design curriculum according to the actual needs in the countryside, to adopt construction strategy of teachers that who is willing to be and is able be a teacher.
