大型进境原木检疫熏蒸库的研制与气密性检测 被引量:2

摘要 为了达到进境原木检疫除害处理安全、环保、高效的目的,本研究在日照岚山港进境木材检疫处理区设计建造了一种大型原木检疫熏蒸库,该熏蒸库包括熏蒸库体、密闭顶棚、密闭门、支架及多个支撑柱,密闭顶棚通过涡轮升降机组实现升降,密闭门采用整体斜拉开启方式,靠密闭门的自重压实密封条,实现对熏蒸库的密闭,具有良好的密封效果。压力测试法测试结果表明,熏蒸库内压力由200 Pa下降至100 Pa的衰减时间大于30 s,熏蒸库密闭性能良好。 In order to achieve the purpose of safety, efficient and environmental protection in the quarantine treatment of import logs. The fumigation chambers of the quarantine treatment operation and control system of import logs were developed and built in Lanshan port. The fumigation chamber including the chamber body,roof, door,frame and a plurality of support columns. The worm-gear-lift raises and lowers roof of the chamber. Opening mode of the door adopts cable-stayed principle, and the door moves down till its bottom compress the sealing strip by the door's self weight to achieve good sealing effect. Pressure testing results indicate that the decay time of the air pressure in the fumigation chamber decreased from 200 Pa to 100 Pa is more than 30 s.
