摘要 为了解决中强度爆震影响二冲程煤油发动机的使用安全性、动力性和经济性的问题,设计了基于HIP9011的二冲程煤油发动机爆震识别系统,以便快速、准确地识别出二冲程煤油发动机爆震状态以及爆震强度,为二冲程煤油发动机爆震控制打下良好的基础。应用内禀模态特征能量法提取机体振动信号的爆震特征频率,并根据缸内压力曲线确定爆震信号检测区间。采用英飞凌cx2765x芯片与HIP9011芯片设计了二冲程煤油发动机爆震识别系统,并应用LABVIEW设计了上位机系统来实时显示发动机的工作状态。搭建了二冲程煤油发动机实验台架并进行了爆震识别系统的测试实验。实验结果表明:爆震识别系统能准确地判断发动机的爆震状态及其爆震强度,并实时在上位机系统中显示。 In order to solve the knock intensity limit the use of safety,power and economic issues in heavy two-stroke engine,this research designed two-stroke kerosene engine knock recognition systembased HIP9011. It can identify shock state of the two-stroke kerosene engine explosion rapidly and accurately,and established a good foundation for the two-stroke kerosene engine knock control. This paper used intrinsic modal feature energy method to extract the detonation characteristic frequency of the body vibration signal and determined the detection range of the knock signal according to the cylinder pressure curve. Two-stroke kerosene engine knock detection system is designed based on Infineon cx2765 x chip and the HIP9011 chip,and it designed PC system to display the operating state of the engine by using Lab VIEW. A two-stroke kerosene engine test bench was set up and tested. The experimental results show that the knock detection system can accurately judge the engine knock status and knock intensity.
