摘要
零件加工需要机床拥有高精度和高刚性,而工作台是直接承受切削力的部件。传统式的夹紧机构方式是:通过夹紧工作台使工作台园导轨与基座园导轨完全贴合;包闸式夹紧结构夹紧可靠,结构简单,而且夹紧力不会引起工作台变形,不会改变工作台与基座圆导轨之间的油膜厚度,工作台面的上下微动不会影响零件的加工精度。
Parts processing need machine tools with high precision and rigidity, and the worktable is the part directly bearing cutting force. The traditional clamping mechanism is to press circular guide to base circular guide with each other by clamping the worktable; brake-packaging clamping structure is reliable with simple construction. Its clamping force will not cause deformation of the worktable and change the thickness of oil film between the worktable and the base circular guide. The subtle fluctuation of work surface will not influence the processing accuracy of parts.
