摘要
聚氯乙烯(PVC)是电线电缆护套生产过程中常用的材料,它的机械性能关系到电线电缆护套的质量。待测试样的制备是电线电缆护套材料的机械性能检测的基础。传统试样制备的方法工艺复杂、对设备和操作人员的技术水平要求高,而且存在安全隐患。通过控制平板硫化机工作时的温度和压力,使用平板硫化法制备的聚氯乙烯护套料试片可以满足聚氯乙烯电线电缆护套材料机械性能测试的要求。
PVC is a kind of material commonly used in the production of wire and cable sheathing, and its mechanical property is related to the quality of wire and cable sheathings. Preparation of the test sample is the basis on which the mechanical property testing of the wire and cable sheathing can be carried out. The traditional method of sample preparation is characterized by a complicated process and high technical requirements for equipments and operators with potential risks. By controlling the temperature and pressure, the PVC sheathing sample prepared by flat vulcanizing machine can meet the requirements for testing mechanical properties of PVC wire and cable sheathing material.
