摘要
动漫产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业,是文化创意产业的重要组成部分。但另一方面,动漫专业毕业生的就业率却屡亮红牌。目前,高职动漫专业毕业生素质与动漫企业的人才要求存在着二元分裂的状况。高职院校有必要探索多元的动漫教育模式,以期能够解决动漫专业人才培养与动漫产业人才需求的对接问题。
Cartoon industry, which is a sunrise industry, is a very important part of culture creative industry. On the other hand, the employment rate of this major has been kept low these years. Currently, the graduates＇ quality in the cartoon major and requirements of enterprises have been divided dually. It is necessary for higher vocational institutes to explore a diverse educational mode for the cartoon major in order to coordinate cartoon talents cultivation and the requirements of cartoon enterprises.
