商务日语专业BPO方向实践教学模式探究——以芜湖职业技术学院为例

On Practical Teaching Mode for BPO in the Business Japanese Major

目前服务外包业务行业发展不断扩大,人才规格不断提高,特别是BPO领域亟需既懂外语又懂服务外包技能的复合型人才。芜湖职业技术学院商务日语专业通过强化教学实践、职业资格认证、专业定向培训和模拟实战等手段,积极探索建立以"岗位人"和"职业人"为核心的"课证融通,多证在手"工学交替的人才培养模式,努力培养符合BPO方向的复合型外语人才。

Currently the service outsourcing industry has continually expanded, which raises the standard for talents especially those inter-disciplinary talents proficient in not only foreign languages but also service outsourcing. We should establish a new talent training mode characteristic of learning-certification combination and multi-certificates in hand in the core of post and profession by strengthening teaching practice, professional certification, professional orientation training and work simulation so as to take efforts to train inter-disciplinary talents in line with BPO.
