摘要
根据心理契约理论的内容和作用,将心理契约放置于具有典型代表意义的大学生创业期进行分析,分析大学生创业团队管理中容易出现的问题并从处于团队生命周期初期的大学生创业团队文化的构建、团队领导者等方面提出可行性的解决方案,以期对大学生创业团队管理有指导和帮助作用。
According to the content and function of the theory of psychological contract, psychological contract will be placed in the entrepreneurial typical period to analyse,which prone to problems in the management of College Students' entrepreneurial team analysis and from in the construction of College Students' entrepreneurial team in the early culture of the team's life cycle and the team leader and so on which propose a feasibility scheme, in order to guide and the help of entrepreneurial team management.
