摘要
类胡萝卜素是天然色素的总称,普遍存在于动物、高等植物、真菌、藻类之中。由于类胡萝卜素对人类健康的有益影响,使得人们对其进行了广泛研究。近年来,利用微生物发酵生产类胡萝卜素成为研究的热点。文章就类胡萝素在微生物中的分布、代谢合成途径,以及利用基因工程生产类胡萝素等方面进行综述,为更有效地利用微生物中的类胡萝卜素资源,研发相应的生产技术,向市场提供更安全、质量更好的产品提供参考。
Carotenoids is the floorboard of the natural pigment, which widely exists in animals, higher plants, fungi and algae. Owing to the beneficial influence of carotenoids on human health, the extensive researches of carotenoids were conducted. In recent years, production of carotenoids by the use of microbial fermentation is becoming a hot spot of research. This article reviewed the sources, production techniques of carotenoids biosynthesis pathway, and carotenoid production via microorganism metabolic engineering, which would provide references for more effective utilization of this resource and the research and development of production techniques for products of carotenoids more safer and better.
