摘要
本试验目的为提供一种食品中国家强制检验的沙门氏菌胶体金免疫层析试纸条,并对购自超市和农贸市场的肉蛋进行检测。该试纸条由吸收垫、样品垫、偶联垫和硝酸纤维素膜等组成,包被对照线和检测线,以及喷涂于偶联垫上的金标沙门氏菌多抗组装建立。结果表明该试纸条对沙门氏菌的最低检测量为1.07×107 cfu/mL,检测时间仅需5~10min。该试纸条特异性强,重复性好,可在4℃或室温存放9个月,检测结果稳定。
The aim of the study was to provide one way of rapid detection of Selmonella in food mandated by the government through colloidal gold strips,and using the strips to determine the residues of Selmonella in meat and eggs bought from supermarket and farmers＇ market.The strip is composed of an absorbent pad,a sample pad,a conjugate reagent pad,a test membrane containing a control line and a test line.The detection limit of the test strip was as low as 1.07×107cfu/mL of Selmonella,and it takes 5-10 min to accomplish a test.This test strip was confirmed to have good reproducibility and specificity,and could be maintained for 9months at 4℃ or room temperature.
