摘要
专业归属感是衡量研究生专业认同程度、影响专业学习努力程度,事关专业发展深度的核心要素。学校和专业的选择是影响研究生就业的两大关键因素。研究生专业归属感缺失、专业学习兴趣缺乏,被动"困境"亟需改变。专业建设应整合资源、拓展专业的深度与广度,增强专业竞争力;教师应主动作为,帮助学生在专业学习中由被动向主动转变,树立专业自尊,提升专业角色认同;学生个体应变被动为主动,培养和提升自己的专业归属感,增强学习主动性,尽早开展职业生涯规划。
professional sense of belonging is a key factor to measure the degree of professional identity and the degree of professional learning effort, which is related to the depth of professional development. Schools and professional choice are the two key factors that affect the employment of graduate students. It is urgent to change such situations as lack of professional sense of belonging, lack of professional learning interest, and the passive "dilemma". Specialty construction should integrate resources and expand the depth and breadth of expertise, enhance the professional competence. Teachers should take the initiatives to help students in professional learning from passive to active transformation, to establish professional self--esteem, and to enhance the professional role identity. Individual students should change their passivity, cultivate and enhance their professional sense of belonging, reinforce learning initiatives as soon as possible, and start their occupation planning.
