长三角两省一市产学研合作绩效评价与比较分析

Performance Evaluationand Comparison Analysis of Industry-University-Research Collaboration in Delta Area of Yangtze

在梳理产学研合作绩效评价研究现状的基础上,从产学研合作的内涵和指标数据的可获性出发,构建了专门针对区域产学研合作绩效评价的指标体系。利用客观赋权的多目标决策方法,对长三角两省一市产学研合作绩效进行了评价和比较分析。结果表明,近年来上海与江苏产学研合作绩效呈先降后升的波动发展态势,浙江产学研合作绩效呈持续下降的发展态势。针对该现状给出了相关对策建议。

The related research on performance evaluation of industry-university-research collaboration was reviewed in brief.The index system of performance evaluation of regional industry-university-research collaboration was constructed based on the connotation of industry-university-research collaboration and the availability of index data.The method of multi-attributes decision-making based on the objective weight was used and the performance of industry-university-research collaboration in Delta Area of Yangtze was measured and comparison analysis was implemented.The results show that the performance of industry-university-research collaboration in Shanghai and Jiangsu showed a trend of fluctuation.The performance of industry-university-research collaboration in Zhejiang showed a continuous decline.some countermeasures about the phenomenon were put forward.
