摘要 目的探讨荧光原位杂交(FISH)联合核基质蛋白22(NMP22)检测在诊断膀胱癌中应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月因血尿就诊的100例患者作为研究对象,均行FISH、NMP22、尿脱落细胞学检查,以临床病理检查作为"金标准",分析各种检查方式诊断膀胱癌的结果。结果 FISH、NMP22和FISH联合NMP22诊断敏感性高于尿脱落细胞学检查(P<0.05);FISH联合NMP22和尿脱落细胞学检查的特异性高于NMP22检查(P<0.05);FISH、NMP22、FISH联合NMP22诊断膀胱癌恶性程度G1、G2、G3级的敏感性均高于尿脱落细胞学检查(P<0.05)。结论 FISH联合NMP22诊断能提高膀胱癌的敏感性和特异性,利于临床早期诊断膀胱癌。 Objective To investigate application value of fluorescence in situ hybridization( FISH) combined with nuclear matrix protein 22( NMP22) detection in diagnosis of bladder cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients with hematuria between January 2014 and January 2016 were recruited in this study. FISH,NMP22 and urine exfoliative cytology examinations were performed for all patients. Results of single three different methods in diagnosis of bladder cancer were analyzed on the basis of clinical pathological examination as the golden standard. Results Values of diagnostic sensitivity of FISH,NMP22 and FISH combined with NMP22 were higher than that by urine exfoliative cytology examination( P〈0. 05). Values of diagnostic specificity of FISH combined with NMP22 and urine exfoliative cytology were higher than that by NMP22( P〈0. 05). The sensitivities of FISH,NMP22 and FISH combined with NMP22 in diagnosis of malignant degree of G1,G2 and G3 grade bladder cancer were higher than those by urine exfoliative cytology( P〈0. 05). Conclusion FISH combined with NMP22 can improve sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of bladder cancer,which is helpful for early diagnosis of bladder cancer.
