文化自信是继道路自信、理论自信和制度自信之后,中国特色社会主义的"第四个自信"。在文化自信视阈下,提升红色文化软实力是一项寻根、铸魂、聚心、凝神的伟大工程。站在时代转型的起点上提升红色文化软实力,就是建设我们共同的精神家园;站在国家发展的总布局上提升红色文化软实力,就是提振民族之魂,凝聚全国人民的精气神,为全面建设小康社会、建设现代化强盛大国提供思想共识、精神动力和智力支持。因此,应着力在增强红色文化自觉和自信、强化红色文化在意识形态阵地上的主流作用、发展红色文化产业以及构建国家文化安全的坚实屏障四个方面切实提升红色文化软实力。

Cultural self-confidence is ＂the fourth self-confidence＂ of socialism with Chinese characteristics after the road self-confidence, theoretical self-confidence and institutional self-confidence. Under the threshold of cultural self-confidence, enhancing the soft power of the red culture is a great project of seeking roots, casting souls, gathering hearts and concentrating on oneself. Standing on the starting point of transformation of the times to enhance the soft power of the red culture is to build our common spiritual home. Standing on the general layout of the development of the country to enhance the soft power of the red culture is to boost the soul of the nation, gather the spirit of the whole people and provide ideological consen- sus for the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society, building a modern powerful nation, and spiritual motivation and intellectual support. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the red cultural consciousness and self- confidence, strengthen the mainstream role of the red culture in the ideological position, develop the red cultural industry and build a solid barrier of national cultural security.
