On the Emotional Function of Ideological and Political Education

思想政治教育的情感功能就是利用情感机制,发挥思想政治教育过程中的情感因素的积极影响,实现塑造人、培育人的目的。情感功能在思想政治教育中的意义重大,是推动思想政治教育可接受性的必然要求,是促进思想政治教育实效性的必然选择,是增强思想政治教育时代性的必要途径。要充分发挥思想政治教育情感功能,就必须研究影响情感产生和变化的制约因素,以便寻求思想政治教育情感功能的发挥途径,做到以人为本,尊重合理需要;情融理通,排除认知障碍;榜样引领,优化育人环境。

The emotional function of ideological and political education is defined as positive effect of using emotional mech- anism and developing emotional factors in the process of ideological and political education.The aim is to shaping and cultivate people. Exerting the emotion function in ideological and political education is important. It is the inevitable choice to improve the acceptabiIity, actual effect and age value of ideological and political education. To develop the emotion function of ideological and political education, we must study factors of affecting the generation and change of emotions.Then we can find the paths ofdeveoloping the emotion function of ideological and political education. The main implementation ways are as follows： firstly, we should be people-oriented and respect reasonable needs; secondly, we should be emotional communication and solve cognitive disorders; and thirdly, we should set good examples and optimize the educational environment.
