Natural Gas Hydrate Exploitation at Messoyakha Gas Field

在今后的几十年里,全球对能源的需求将随着人类社会的发展而显著增长。目前,全球天然气的需求约80%来自常规能源,但近年来非常规能源的发展显示了未来能源发展趋势向非常规能源的倾斜。天然气水合物稳定存在并广泛分布在海洋和多年冻土层中,资源量巨大,引起了全世界的关注。麦索亚哈气田是世界上唯一进行了商业开采的天然气水合物矿床,本文对该气田的地质背景、资源量评估及生产情况做了综述,以期对于天然气水合物的认识有些许的补充。

In the next few decades, with the development of human society, the global demand for energy will grow rapidly. At present, about 80% of the global demand for natural gas comes from conventional energy, but in recent years, the development of unconventional energy has demonstrated the inclination of the development trend of energy towards unconventional energy in future. Natural gas hydrate exists stably and is widely distributed within the sea and perennial frozen earth layer, and has tremendous resources reserves that attract the attention of the whole world. The Messoyakha gas field is the mineral deposit of natural gas hydrate that has been uniquely exploited commercially in the world. This paper makes a summarization with the geological background of the gas field, evaluation of resources reserves and production to supplement the recognition of natural gas hydrate in some extent.
