基于文献计量分析的中国矿业“走出去”研究

The Research of “Going out” of China's Mining Industry:Based on the Analysis of Bibliometrics

近10年来,关于中国矿业＂走出去＂的文章汗牛充栋。除少数文章介绍成功经验外,绝大多数聚焦于海外投资遇到的问题与失利,给中国矿业＂走出去＂营造了消极舆论环境。本文以CNKI文献数据库为检索来源,搜集整理了386篇2005~2016年国内各界关于中国矿业＂走出去＂的文献,采用文献计量法与内容分析法对作者类型、研究方法等进行分析,归纳总结文献呈现的中国矿业＂走出去＂的问题,揭示国内文献对矿业＂走出去＂的认识根源。研究认为,当前国内对矿业＂走出去＂研究缺乏统计数据支撑,案例分析及实证研究较少,研究素材重复应用,结论重复。在此基础上,提出加大政府关于矿业海外投资公共信息服务的建议,以期为我国各界深入、客观研究中国矿业＂走出去＂问题助益。

In recent 10 years, as the upsurge of China＇s overseas mining investment is whipping up, a lot of research has been conducted centered on the＂Going out＂of China＇s mining industry. Besides some articles that focus on the successful experiences of China＇s overseas mining investment, a majority of articles highlight problems and failures on ＂Going out＂, which has negative effects on China＇s mining industry. This paper has collected 386 Chinese literatures from CNKI and analyzed Chinese literatures on the＂Going out＂of mining enterprises to investigate China＇s oversea mining investment perspectives from all aspects. The paper has also summarized problems of＂Going out＂of China＇s mining industry from the external environment, internal support system and enterprises. The results showed that the research of＂Going out＂of China＇s mining was in a superficial phase. On one hand, the research process is lack of data support, on the other hand, the case study is scarce and results are repetitively applied. Based upon this, we suggest the government shall improve public information services. The aim of the research is to provide reference for evaluating the current situation of the＂Going out＂of China＇s mining industry and build a more objective social environment.
