摘要
近年来我国物流行业快速发展,物流业用地需求逐步提高。本文以统计数据为基础,通过对物流行业的发展现状及物流业相关用地的结构、布局等情况进行分析,查找物流业用地在利用中存在的问题,为优化用地结构,提高管理效率等提供意见与建议。
In recent years, with the rapid advancement of the logistics industry, the requirement of land utilization has been gradually increasing in China. Based on the statistical data, this paper has analyzed the development situation of the logistics industry and the change of land use structure and layout, tried to find the existing problems, and provided related suggestions to optimize the land use structure and improve the efficiency of management.
