摘要
目的研究原发性高血压人群与健康人群的红细胞脂肪酸分布及Omega-3指数的差异。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分别测定广州地区29例健康人群和22例原发性高血压人群的红细胞脂肪酸,计算出红细胞Omega-3指数等指标,并对两组人群红细胞脂肪酸结果进行比较。结果健康人群与原发性高血压人群间的C22:5n3(P=0.018)、C20:4n6(P=0.042)、总Omega-6脂肪酸(P=0.028)、Omega-6/Omega-3(P=0.007)及花生四烯酸/二十碳五烯酸含量化值(AA/EPA)(P=0.005)差异有统计学意义,其余指标间的差异无统计学意义。结论原发性高血压人群红细胞中总Omega-6脂肪酸、Omega-6/Omega-3、AA/EPA均高于健康人群。
Objective To study the difference of the distribution of fatty acids and Omega-3 index in red blood cell between healthy people and essential hypertension people. Methods Red blood cell fatty acids between 29 healthy people and 22 essential hypertension people from Guangzhou were measured by GC-MS. 27 parameters including Omega-3 index were calculated. The results of red blood cell fatty acids were compared between healthy people and essential hypertension people. Results There was significant difference between healthy people and essential hypertension people in C22:5n3 (P=O.018), C20 : 4n6 (P=0.042), total Omega-6 fatty acids (P=0.028), Omega-6/Omega-3 (P=0.007) and AA/EPA (P=0.005). There was no significant difference in others parameters. Conclusion The total Omega-6 fatty acids, Omega-6/Omega-3 and AA/ EPA in red blood cell of essential hypertension people were higher than those of heahhy people.
