佛山地区女性尖锐湿疣患者HPV基因型检测

Genotype detection and analysis of HPV in female patients with condyloma in Foshan

摘要 目的 了解佛山地区女性尖锐湿疣患者中人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)基因型别的感染状况及其临床意义。方法 选择149例尖锐湿疣女性患者,通过聚合酶链式反应对病毒DNA进行扩增后,利用基因芯片对扩增产物进行导流杂交和分型检测。结果 149例被诊断为尖锐湿疣的受检者中,有113例检出HPV DNA阳性,其检出率为75.8%。感染人群主要集中在21-30岁年龄段,占39.8%(45/113)。在诊断为HPV阳性的113位患者中,单一感染83例,占73.5%(83/113);多重感染30例,占26.5%(30/113)。在HPV单一亚型感染病例中,HPV 6型是主要感染亚型,其次是11型。在HPV多重感染病例中,共出现3种多重感染类型,其中二重感染为主要类型,且以混合型感染为主。结论 佛山地区女性尖锐湿疣患者以感染低危型HPV为主,好发于21-30岁的青壮年阶段;以单一感染为主,多重感染则以二重感染和混合型感染为主。 Objective To understand the infeetion status and clinieal signifieanee of human papilloma virus (HPV) genotype in the patients with condyloma in Foshan area. Methods 149 eases of female patients with condyloma were chosen. Viral DNA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction. Gene chip was used to earry on the hybridization and typing detection of the amplified products. Results There were 113 eases deteeted HPV DNA positive in 149 condyloma eases, with the detection rate of 75.8%. The infection group was found mainly in the age of 21-30 years old, accounting for 39.8% (45/113). In 113 patients diagnosed as HPV positive, 83 were infected with single subtype infection, accounting for 73.5% (83/113) ; 30 eases were infeeted with muhiple subtype infeetion, aeeounting for 26.5% (30/113). In the ease of HPV single subtype infeetion, HPV 6 was the main infection subtype, followed by type 11. In HPV multiple subtype infection eases, there were 3 kinds of multiple subtype infeetion types. Among them, the main type was super infeetion and mixed infeetion. Conclusion Female patients with eondyloma in Foshan area were mainly infeeted with low risk type HPV, which were mainly in the young and mature stage of 21 -30 years old. They were mainly infeeted with single subtype infeetion and double infection together with mixed infection of multiple subtype infection.
