摘要
目的通过对肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)儿童患者的体液免疫指标结果进行统计分析,探讨体液免疫在MPP发病中的意义。方法选取张家港市中医医院儿科2014年1月到2016年2月期间收治的MPP儿童患者100例为研究对象,设为观察组,同时选取100例健康儿童作为对照组,分别检测两组对象血清中免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)、血清补体(C3和C4)、细胞因子(IL-6和IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α的含量。结果观察组儿童血清中的IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α的水平分别为(9.78±2.63)、(1.24±0.57)、(1.72±0.83)、(1.23±0.28)、(0.29±0.11)、(137.62±27.33)、(119.67±23.18)、(87.41±13.16)pg/ml,均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MPP儿童患者的体液免疫发生了改变,可作为临床上肺炎支原体肺炎的辅助诊断。
Objective Through mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) humoral immunity analysis results of the to explore the significance of humoral immunity in the pathogenesis of MPP and provide a reference in the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 100 cases of children patients suffer from MPP were select from our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 as the research objects, as the observation group, and 100 cases of heahhy children were selected as control group. The levels of immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM), serum complement (C3 and C4), cytokines (IL-6 and IL-8), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were detected and compared between two groups. Results The serum levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈 0.05). Conclusion IgA, IgM, C3, C4, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and IgG in the serum of MPP children were higher than those of normal children, indicating the change of humoral immunity in children with MPP, which could be used as an assistant clinical diagnosis of.
