全血CRP联合血常规检验在儿科细菌性感染类疾病中的应用价值 被引量:35

Application of whole blood C-reaction protein combined with blood routine test for the diagnosis of pediatric infection diseases

摘要 目的探讨全血C反应蛋白(CRP)联合血常规检查在儿科细菌性感染类疾病中的应用价值及临床意义。方法选取2013年6月至2014年11月恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院收治的感染性疾病患儿110例。依据患儿感染类型,45例细菌性感染患儿为A组,35例病毒性感染患儿为B组,30例肺炎支原体感染患儿为C组。三组患儿均行全血CRP及血常规检验,并对比分析三组患儿临床资料及检验结果。结果三组患儿全血CRP检验情况对比:阳性率A组>B组>C组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);三组患儿血常规白细胞呼吸水平对比:A组>B组>C组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);三组患儿CRP联合血常规情况对比:A组>B组>C组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论全血CRP检验与血常规联合应用可准确判断患儿感染情况,有助于临床治疗中合理用药及遏制抗菌药物滥用。 Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical significance and the application value of whole blood C-reactive protein (CRP) and blood routine test for the diagnosis pediatric infection diseases. Methods 110 patients with infectious diseases were selected from June 2013 to November 2014 for this study. According to the types of infectious diseases, they were divided into three groups: group A, 45 cases with bacterial infection, group B, 35 cases with viral infection, and group C, 30 cases with Mycoplasma pneumonia infection. Hypersensitive C-reactive protein examination and routine blood test were performed. Results The positive rate of the whole blood CRP test of group A was higher than those of group B and group C ; group B was higher than group C, the differences had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The WBC levels of group B and group C were significantly lower than that of group A (P〈0.05). The combined index of CRP and blood routine tests of group A was significantly higher than those of group B and C, and group B was higher than group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion The whole blood CRP protein combined blood routine tests could be a good index for the diagnosis for bacterial and viral infection in children, and as a guide for rational use of antibiotics.
