干扰素联合布地奈德对病毒性肺炎患儿的疗效

The effect of interferon combined with budesonide on the treatment of children with viral pneumonia

目的 探讨干扰素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗病毒性肺炎患儿的疗效及对血清IL-6的影响。方法 收集2014年11月至2015年5月清远市妇幼保健院儿科收治的64例病毒性肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,观察组在此基础上给予干扰素α1b联合布地奈德治疗,观察两组患儿的疗效及血清IL-6表达。结果观察组患儿咳嗽、喘息、退热、肺部湿罗音消失时间及住院时间少于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组（87.5%vs 65.63%,P〈0.05）;入院第2天两组血清IL-6水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗7 d后观察组血清IL-6水平显著低于对照组（t=6.27,P〈0.05）;两组患儿不良反应差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.63,P〉0.05）。结论 干扰素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎能够显著改善患儿的临床症状,降低患儿血清IL-6水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of interferon combination with budesonide inhalation therapy for children with viral pneumonia. Methods 64 cases of viral pneumonia children were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group received ribavirin treatment; the observation group was treated with interferon α1b combined with budesonide. The clinical symptoms, efficacy and serum IL-6 expression were analyzed. Results The clinical symptoms （cough, wheezing, lung wet rales） disappeared time and the length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （87.5% vs 65.63%, χ^2=0.63, P 〈0.05）. 7 days after treatment, the serum IL-6 level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （t=6.27, P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （χ^2=0.63, P〉0.05）. Conclusions Interferon combined with budesonide inhalation could significantly improve clinical symptoms, and reduce serum IL-6 levels, showing a remarkable clinical curative effect.
