摘要
由于环糊精(以下简称CD)的特殊结构使其具有包合功能,如果将CD应用于纺织上可使功能纺织品的获得大大简化,本文用干法制作了PU/CD共混膜并对其结构与性能进行了研究.研究表明,将CD掺混到PU浆液中通过干法制得PU/CD共混膜,该膜可以很好地保留CD的包合功能,可依托该膜开发功能性PU产品,该膜的力学性能、耐低温性能降低,透湿、吸湿性能提高.为减少CD的团聚并兼顾共混膜的性能,建议CD含量控制在10%以内.
Cyclodextrin (CD) can form inclusion complexes due to its unique structure, which can be applied into functional textiles. In this paper polyurethane (PU) and Cyclodextrin (CD) blended films were prepared through the doping of CD into PU dispersion by dry process, and the structure and properties of them were studied. The results showed that the inclusion complexing function of CD was re- tained, the mechanical and cryogenic properties were reduced, the permeability and moisture regaining of the film were improved, and functional PU products could be developed from the PU/CD blending. The CD content should be within 10% to keep a compromise be- tween CD agglormeration and balanced properties of the blended film.
