摘要
为了帮助有睡眠障碍的大学生群体找到有效的应对措施,通过运用文献资料法、实验法、访谈法、数理统计、比对法等研究方法,对利用瑜伽体式干预大学生睡眠进行实证研究;结果显示:瑜伽体式能很好地调节大学生的睡眠,除瑜伽呼吸法外,不受熟练程度的影响、不受年龄性别影响;建议选择一个安静且洁净的地方、配合背景音乐、放松身心、全力投入.
Through documentary, experiment, interviews, statistics and comparison, the paper carries out an empirical research on yoga poses intervening the sleeping pattern of college students. Results show that yoga poses, except yoga breathing, can well improve the quality of sleeping of college students, not affected by skillfulness, age or sex. It is suggested that yoga poses should be practiced devot- edly in a quiet and clean room, with relaxing music.
