循环流化床锅炉脱硫技术与改进控制方法设计

摘要 在电力行业迅速发展,测量方法与控制技术不断进步,但是环境污染严重的今天,循环流化床锅炉作为一种高效、清洁的燃烧技术,能够有效实现超低排放,保护生态环境,成为电力事业发展的一个方向。然而,循环流化床锅炉是一个大惯性、非线性、时变、多变量耦合的被控对象,同时脱硫效率收到各个方面因素的影响,因此需要对其脱硫过程和方法进行深入研究。在此基础上,结合现有控制方法,设计出脱硫效率更高的控制方法,提高控制品质。 Today, with the rapid development of power industry, the continuous progress of measurement methods and control technology, as well as serious environmental pollution, circulating fluidized bed boilers can, as a high- efficiency and clean combustion technology,effectively realize ultra-low emission and ecological environment protection and it becomes a development direction of power industry. However, a circulating fluidized bed boiler is a large inertial, non-linear, time-varying and multi-variable coupling controlled object, and the desulphurization efficiency is also affected by many factors,so it is essential to carry out an in-depth research into its desulfurization process and method. Based on that, in combination with the existing control method,a control method with a higher desulphurization efficiency is designed to improve the control quality.
