高职院校顶岗实习管理优化

Optimization of Internship Management in Higher Vocational and Technical Education

当前高职院校顶岗实习存在不方便监管和指导的问题,认为应从院校、学生、企业三方及其关系反思顶岗实习管理不足。从院校、学生、企业三方主体力量发挥的角度出发,提出顶岗实习管理优化策略,即:院校要强化工作规划,如完善顶岗实习管理制度,规范顶岗实习管理流程;要注重发挥评价的发展功能,如把握评价科学性、导向性的原则,细化及优化以过程考核为中心的评价方案,实现评价主体多元化;院校要与企业选择好合作结点,深化合作内涵,以此激励和带动企业方管理、指导的力量。

Nowadays, there are some problems in supervising and instructing the internship in the last semes- ter of higher vocational and technical education. We should take the three parties, namely, colleges, students, companies, and their relationship into consideration when examing internship management. From. the views of colleges, students and companies, we propose some strategies to optimize the management. Colleges should strengthen the function of work planning in terms of improving internship management system and standardizing the procedure of management. Colleges should take advantage of assessment to proraote students＇development. For example, take directional and scientific assessment as principles, refine and optimi.ze the assessment methods, which focus on process appraisal, and adopt multiple assessment subjects. Finally, colleges should cooperate with companies well and strengthen their relationship to motivate companies to invest into management and instruction.
