摘要
绿色发展理念是"五大发展理念"的重要内容,对于全面建成小康社会和建设美丽中国至关重要。然而,我国经济社会发展中的传统经济发展模式、相关制度和法律法规的缺失、绿色经验不足、绿色文化疲软等问题已经成为当前我国绿色发展的瓶颈。要进一步推进绿色发展,就要加快转变传统经济发展模式,推进绿色发展的"常态化";进一步健全相关制度和法律法规,为绿色发展提供重要保障;汲取国外绿色发展成功经验,为绿色发展提供重要借鉴;加快推进绿色文化建设,构建绿色产业格局,促进绿色发展。
Green development is an important constituent of the ＂ five development concepts＂ for the construction of a moderately prosperous society and a beautiful China. However,the traditional economic development model,devoid of relevant laws and regulations,lacking in green development experiences,and weak in green culture concern,has become the bottleneck for green development. In order to promote green development, we need to change the development mode, to promote the normalization of green development,improve relevant regulations for the security of green development,learn from successful foreign experiences, strengthen green culture construction, and form green industry structure.
