摘要
设计主要由降压控制电路和同步降压电路组成的稳压电源系统,分别采用同步降压控制器LM5117和MOSFET场效应管CSD18532KCS为核心器件,稳压输出5 V,最大输出电流可达3.2 A,电路转换效率可达85%,具有过流保护功能,整个系统重量小于200 g,并充分利用LM5117同步降压控制器的功能特点和内部资源,实现稳压输出和过流保护.系统具有调整速度快、精度高、负载调整率和电压调整率小于0.5%、输出电压噪声纹波不高于50 m V等优点.
This design is mainly composed of step-down control circuit and synchronous buck circuit, using synchronous step-down controller LM5117 and CSD18532KCS MOSFET field-effect tube as core devices respectively with 5 V voltage output, maximum output current of 3.2 A, 85% circuit conversion efficiency and over-current protection function. With less than 200 g weight, the system makes full use of functions and characteristics of LM5117 synchronous stepdown controller and its internal resources to realize the output voltage and over current protection. This system has high adjusting speed, high precision, less than 0.5% load regulation and voltage regulation and less than 50 mV output voltage ripple noise.
