摘要
以教师与校方管理者合作为背景,建立复制式动态模型,利用演化博弈理论,从微观角度分析校方管理者的决策对教师职业倦怠的影响,得到在教师与校方管理者合作与不合作两种情况下,教师与校方管理者的决策对两者之间进行合作博弈的影响.得出校方管理者采取与具有职业倦怠的教师进行合作是双方最佳选择的结论.这样的合作不仅可以提高教师工作的积极性,有效克服教师的职业倦怠;也有利于学校的可持续发展.
Based on cooperation between teachers and school administrators, the copy type dynamic model was set up. Using evolutionary game theory, teachers' job burnout influenced by school administrators' decision-making was discussed from micro perspective. The cases between teachers and school administrators when they were cooperative and uncooperative were studied. The result shows that it is the best way for school administrators to cooperate with teachers who have job burnout. It can improve teachers' enthusiasm and overcome their job burnout effectively with sustainable development of the school.
