摘要
通过对工字钢短柱有、无轴向位移约束两种工况进行的高温强度试验研究,结果表明:有轴向位移约束的构件,高温时会产生温度应力,且温度越高,温度应力越大,温度应力可导致构件屈服破坏,故进行超静定结构耐火设计时必须考虑温度应力;无轴向位移约束的构件,温度升高,构件受热膨胀,变形随时间的延长逐渐减小,屈服后便进入快速压缩阶段。
The experiment on the strength of an I - profile short column with or without axial displacement restraint at elevated temperature shows that the element with axial restraint produces a temperature stress at an elevated temperature, and the higher the temperature is, the stronger the temperature stress is, and a yield failure of the element is produced by temperature stress, so the temperature stress has to be considered in designing the fireproof in statically indeterminate structure. While the element without axial displacement restraint enlarges at an elevated temperature and the deformation degree will reduce, it turns into yielding and compressing stage after yielding failure.
