高层建筑火灾内攻灭火实战化演习的组织及实施

目前,随着我国高层建筑数量的不断增多及建筑规模的不断扩大,由高层建筑火灾引发的人员伤亡事故也逐渐呈高发态势。由于高层建筑火灾扑救过程中受器材装备性能、灭火战斗展开情况、现场协调组织等诸多因素影响,增加了火灾扑救的难度。在当前这一新形势下,如何更好地完成高层建筑灭火救援工作,如何应用实战化的演习方法来增强全体官兵扑救高层火灾的处置能力成为摆在我们一线官兵面前的一项重要课题。通过实地、实装条件下组织实战化演习的方式,对目前消防部队扑救高层火灾过程中实际存在的问题进行了总结并对该类火灾的扑救注意事项进行了细致的讨论。
