现阶段公安机关消防机构政府信息公开存在的问题和对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Current Firefighting Information Publication System

随着民主政治的不断发展及信息技术的不断提高,建设阳光政府的理念逐步深入人心。尽管我国的政府信息公开建设起步较晚,但是目前已取得显著成效,尤其是随着信息技术的不断完善,我国政府信息公开建设正在逐步迈向规范化。通过一起政府信息公开申请案件,阐述政府信息公开的概念及依据,分析公安机关消防机构依申请公开政府信息工作的现状,并对深化执法公开化提出几点意见。

With the continuous development of democratic politics and the growing development of information - technology, many people gradually accept the conception of the construction of sunshine - government. Especially the improvement of the information - technology, the building of our national government information publication is becoming standardized gradually. Through a case of applying government information publication, this paper introduces concept and basis of government information publication, analyzes current situation of implementing government information publication by the public security organizations and fire control institutions in accordance with the law. It also puts forward some suggestions for deepening law enforcement publication.
