摘要
光纤复合架空地线(OPGW)是广泛应用于架空输电线路的具有地线与通信双重功能的光缆。然而,一旦光缆本体或光纤通信功能失效,会造成巨大的损失。因此,开展OPGW可靠寿命技术研究非常重要。通常,通过设计加速试验建立OPGW寿命模型,基于测试结果进行寿命预测是有效途径。文章根据常见的OPGW失效模式和机理,结合实验室测试技术和加速试验,开发了基于振动疲劳应力的加速试验技术。通过这种技术,对在不同应力水平下的OPGW进行加速试验研究,从而预测OPGW的寿命。
Optical fiber composite overhead ground wire(OPGW) is widely used in overhead transmission line, which has double functions of ground line and communication line. However, once the fiber body was damaged or communication function was failed, huge loss might be caused. Therefore, it is very important to carry out OPGW reliable life technology research. An effective way is to build OPGW life model through accelerated test, and to carry out life prediction based on test results. Therefore, according to the common OPGW failure modes and mechanisms, combined with laboratory testing and accelerated testing technology, we have developed a test acceleration technique based on the vibration fatigue stresses. Through this technique, we can carry out research on OPGW acceleration test under different stress levels, and predict the life of OPGW.
