摘要
以某市级三甲医院医疗用氧成本管理为例,引用业务单元的相关数据,运用PDCA循环模式对医疗用氧成本管控的效果进行分析,发现并改善在医疗用氧使用过程中存在的相关管理问题,以期实现医院成本标准化、精细化、信息化管理,提高医疗服务体系整体运行效率。
With the example of cost management of oxygen for medical use in municipal hospital of three As, the author quotes the relevant data in a business unit, analyzes the effect of medical oxygen cost management and control, finds and improves the dealing of the related management problems in medical oxygen use so to realize cost management of standardization, refinement, and informatization, and improve the overall operation efficiency in medical service system.
