On the basis of Siuo-foreign cooperation in conducting the vocational education, especially in the practice of medical education, to find out the prominent problems in the aspect of quality assurance in vocational medical education, analyzing the management operation mechanism of Sino-foreign cooperation in conducting the higher vocational medical education, safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of vocational medical students, cultivating high-quality medical talents with technical skills, international perspective and international communication ability.
