摘要
目的:分析近年来病案管理的问题,制定解决措施。方法:通过调查对比实施改进措施前后的病案管理效果,进行研究、提高管理人员对病案管理工作的重视程度、增进医院管理病案人员的专业素质并完善病案管理制度等措施,探讨病案完善率,患者满意率及患者投诉率方面的改变。结果:在开展病案管理的相关措施后,医生的病案完善率,患者的满意率都有明显的提高,患者投诉率方面有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有效的管理措施能够切实提高病案管理工作质量。
Objective:To analyze the problems of medical record management in recent years and to develop solutions.Methods:To improve the management of medical records, to improve the quality of hospital management and other measures to improve the quality of medical record completion rate, patient satisfaction rate and patient complaints rate changes.Results:After the relevant measures of medical record management, the medical record completion rate, the patient satisfaction rate has obviously improved, the patient complaint rate has the obvious ameliorate, the difference has the statistical significance (P〈 0.05).Conelusion:The effective implementation measures can effectively improve the quality of medical records management.
