摘要
目的:了解某院计算机键盘及鼠标消毒前后的细菌污染状况,分析原因,制定对策。方法:对某医院21个科室使用的41台计算机鼠标、键盘进行物体表面采样及微生物分析。结果:计算机染菌率消毒前100%染菌,键盘、鼠标平均菌落数分别为89.27cfu/cm^2、78.66cfu/cm^2。消毒后即刻大大改观,键盘鼠标的染菌率分别为24.39%、41.46%,平均菌落数分别为1.59cfu/cm^2、2.32cfu/cm^2,消毒后24小时键盘鼠标染菌率分别为95.12%和90.24%,平均菌落23.05cfu/cm^2、22.80cfu/cm^2;消毒前和消毒后计算机污染程度差异显著性(P<0.01)。结论:计算机是医院内潜在的储菌源之一,在日常工作中应重视对其进行清洁消毒,以减少医院感染的危险因素。
Objective:To understand the hospital computer keyboard and mouse before and after disinfection of bacteria pollution condition, the analysis reason, formulate countermeasures.Methods:a total of 21 departments use 41 computer mouse, keyboard surface sampling and microbiological analysis.Results:the computer before the dyeing rate of bacteria in the 100% dye bacterium, keyboard, mouse the average number of colonies were 89.27 cfu/cm^2, 78.66 cfu/cm^2.After disinfection were greatly improved, keyboard mouse dyeing rate of bacteria were 24.39%, 41.46%, the average number of colonies were 1.59 cfu/cm^2, 2.32 cfu/cm^2, 24 hours after disinfection keyboard mouse dyeing rate were 95.12% and 90.24% respectively, the average colony cfu/cm^2, 22.80 23.05 cfu/cm^2; Before disinfection and after disinfection computer pollution level difference significance (P〈 0.01).Conclusion:the computer is one of the potential source of storage bacteria in hospitals, in daily work should pay attention to its clean and disinfect, in order to reduce the risk factors of hospital infection.
