“冬病夏治”穴位敷贴治疗慢性支气管炎88例的临床分析

Treatment of 88 cases of chronic bronchitis by acupoint application with “winter disease in summer”

目的:观察"冬病夏治"对慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法:将88例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各44例,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上予"冬病夏治"穴位贴敷,3年为1疗程。结果:治疗组显效19例,有效19例,无效6例,总有效率为86.36%;对照组显效10例,有效18例,无效16例,总有效率为63.64%;两组综合疗效比较(P=0.0137),差异有统计学意义。结论:常规治疗配合中医"冬病夏治"治疗慢性支气管炎患者的临床疗效优于单纯西医疗法。

To observe the curative effects on chronic bronchitis.Methods：8$ cases of chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 44 cases, two groups were treated with conventional western medicine, treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment for winter disease acupoint application, 3 for 1 years of treatment.Results：the treatment group 19 cases,19 cases were effective, 6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.36%; 10 cases of the control group, 18 cases were effective, 16 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 63.64%; two groups of integratedclinicalcomparison （P=0.0137）, the difference is significant. Conclusion：the conventional treatment with Chinese winter disease treatment in patients with chronic bronchitis clinical curative effect is better than pure western medicine therapy.
