依达拉奉与血塞通联合治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效分析

目的:探讨脑梗塞采用依达拉奉联合血塞通的临床治疗效果。方法:选取某医院神经内科收治的脑梗塞患者100例,在常规脱水减轻脑水肿、改善脑循环等治疗基础上随机分组,分别采取单用血塞通治疗(对照组,n=50)与联用依达拉奉治疗(观察组,n=50),对两组治疗效果及对神经功能缺损评分、血清hs-CRP水平的展开对比。结果:两组治疗前hs-CRP水平无差异(P>0.05),治疗后均有降低,观察组的降低幅度更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组脑梗塞患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床收治的脑梗塞患者,采用依达拉奉联合血塞通治疗,可显著提高临床效果,消除症状,对保障患者预后意义显著。

Objective：To explore cerebral infarction using according to the clinical therapeutic effects of edaravone in joint plug through blood.Methods：choose 100 cases of cerebral infarction patients admitted in neurology, in conventional treatment such as dehydration relieve cerebral edema, improve cerebral circulation based on randomized, respectively treated with single plug blood flux （the control group,n= 50） and adr mentioned combination therapy （group,n= 50）, the two groups of treatment effect and the neural function defect scale, serum hs-CRP levels of contrast.Results：the two groups before treatment the hs-CRP level no difference （P〉 0.05）, and after the treatment are lower, more significant reduction in observation group （P〈 0.05）. Cerebral infarction patients total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：according to the clinical patients of cerebral infarction, and used in accordance with edaravone in joint blood through treatment, can significantly improve the clinical effect of eliminating symptoms, significant significance to the prognosis of patients with security.
