自制改良定位导板在牙种植中的应用

The application of modified positioning guide in dental implant

目的:探讨改良定位导板在牙种植中的应用价值。方法:20例患者术前制作透明塑料定位导板,进行手术,观察定位导板在种植手术中的作用。结果:所有种植体有2颗侧壁穿孔,植骨后调整方向达到理想效果,其余均与术前设计一致。种植体均成活,形态位置均无异常改变,修复后牙龈美学效果良好,患者评价满意。结论:改良定位导板在种植外科中具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the application of improved positioning plate in dental implant.Methods：20 cases of patients before making transparent plastic positioning guide plate, the operation, the functions of the positioning guide plate were observed in implant surgery.Results：all the implants had 2 side wall perforation, and the adjustment direction of the bone graft had achieved the desired effect. The others were all consistent with the preoperative design.All the implants survived, and the shape and position were not changed. After the restoration, the gingival aesthetics effect was good, and the patients were satisfied with the results.Conclusion：the improved positioning plate has an important clinical value in implant surgery.
