The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on bedside elevation Compliance of ICU nurses

目的:探讨综合护理干预在提高ICU护士床头抬高依从性中的应用效果。方法:通过为期4个月的临床调查,分析影响ICU护士床头抬高依从性的原因及因素,制订相应的提高依从性干预措施并实施,将干预前后的依从性进行对比。结果:ICU护士床头抬高依从性由67.29%提高至89.34%。结论:综合护理干预规范了ICU床头抬高的管理,增强了护理人员参与护理管理的意识,充分发挥了护理人员积极主动性,提高ICU护士床头抬高的依从性。

Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the Compliance of ICU nurses on bedside elevation.Methods：For 4 months of the clinical investigation, to analyze the reasons and the factors of ICU nurses on the bedside raise Compliance,formulate corresponding measures to improve the compliance of intervention and implementation, to compare compliance before and after intervention.Results：the Compliance of ICU nurses bedside raise increased from 67.29% to 89.34%.Conclusions：Comprehensive nursing intervention to regulate the management of ICU bed elevation, enhance the awareness of nursing staff to participate in the management of nursing,, improving the compliance of ICU nurse bed elevation according to the initiative of nursing staff.
