两性霉素B用于造血干细胞移植患者口腔黏膜炎的护理体会

A Retrospective Study of Amphotericin B treating Oral mucositis in Hematopoietic Stem cell Transplantation Patients

目的：探讨两性霉素B应用于患者口腔黏膜炎的时机及效果。方法：回顾性分析150例造血干细胞移植患者口腔黏膜炎的发生率及临床特征，当口腔黏膜炎伴有口腔白膜或白色乳酪样渗出物时，加用两性霉素B含漱和口腔护理。结果：150例患者发生口腔黏膜炎76例（50．66％），其中25例口腔黏膜炎伴有白膜或白色乳酪样渗出物，发生在移植后7-12天。当发现口腔有白膜或白色乳酪样渗出物时，加用两性霉素B含漱和口腔护理后，口腔黏膜炎在3-10天内痊愈。结论：口腔黏膜炎是造血干细胞移植患者严重的并发症，及时加用两性霉素B含漱和口腔护理，可加速口腔黏膜炎的痊愈。

Objective：To analyze the timing and efficacy of Amphotericin B on patients with oral mucositis. Method：retrospective analysis of 150 cases incidences and clinical characteristics of the patients who conducted hematopoietic stem cell transplant in our center.When the patients with oral mucositis got oral white film or white cheese-like exudates, we would treat them with amphotericin B gargle and give them oral care.Result：150 patients participated in this study, among whom 76 suffered with oral mucositis, that is the oral mucositis incidence is 50.66%. And among the 76 patients with oral mucositis 25 got oral white film or white cheese-like exudate, which happened 7-12 days after transplant. With appropriate treatment, the oral mucositis would be cured within 3 to 10 days. Conclusion：The oral mucositis is a serious complication of hematopoietic stem cell transplant and to treat the patients with amphoteriein B gargle and give them oral care in time will accelerate the cure of oral mucositis.
